- A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date.
- In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:30). Notifications will be sent via email.
- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
- If you do not show up 5 minutes after the meeting time, the tour guide will take photos to prove that the tourists did not arrive on time, and will not contact or wait for the passengers individually before departure. No refunds will be allowed at that time and 100% of the fee will be charged.
- Please be sure to meet up 10 minutes before departure. If you go to the ski resort on your own, you will not be able to join a ski group.
- Please be sure to pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the instructor when participating in ski resort activities. Please pay attention to your own safety and evaluate your own abilities during free time. It is not recommended to go to intermediate or advanced ski trails.
- The restaurants in the ski resort are unable to provide vegetarian meals. People with special dietary habits are advised to prepare their own meals before going.
- The breakfast toast provided by our company is not suitable for vegetarians and cannot be adjusted or changed. If there are inedible parts of the food, please remove them yourself.
- Skiing is a high-risk but popular sport. It is recommended that you sign up for leisure sports insurance individually.
- If an accident occurs on the slopes during a ski trip, the person in charge will try to help. Please note that the Company is not responsible for compensation or compensation for injury or death to you or others.
- If you are a beginner who is learning to ski for the first time, or someone with insufficient athletic ability, it is recommended to purchase a beginner’s auxiliary belt package instead of a ski lift.
- Children cannot participate in ski lessons alone, and a guardian (at least 1 person) must also purchase ski lessons.
- When children practice skiing with others in the ski resort, please pay special attention to their safety.
- It is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance by yourself before participating in this activity. This product does not include any insurance items.
- The December opening and March closing times are subject to change based on weather and ski resort conditions. In this case, please note that the tour will be held instead at other nearby ski resorts.
